MH Replacement Grants: Energy Trust of OR and OHCS

Manufactured Home Replacement Grants

The MH Replacement team from Energy Trust of Oregon and Everett Horvath, the MH Replacement Navigator with OHCS, will share a 15-20 minute presentation, followed by a Q&A session. We also will enjoy input from Debbie Espinoza of J&M Homes who recently sold a home using the replacement grant as featured on a KGW8 news story.

With the Oregon legislature intending to focus again in 2025 on affordable, energy efficient homes for low- to moderate-income homeowners as well as creating policy that stimulates new community developments and rehab of existing parks, understanding how these grants can be applied not only toward single-home purchases but also within MH communities can be an important tool for working with developers. We encourage retailers to register their staff for this seminar to hear about the grant programs for replacing pre-1996 homes for individuals and communities.
