Benefits of OMha membership
Legislative Support
Help leverage OMHA’s legislative network which includes the efforts of a contract lobbyist. OMHA is our industry’s first line of defense to prevent and defeat proposed bills that would be detrimental for members’ bottom line.
Industry Education, Training, and Networking
Tap into the collective industry knowledge of OMHA membership. OMHA hosts and sponsors annual networking events and educational conferences, which are excellent opportunities to increase your business exposure, industry knowledge, and resources. Additionally, OMHA produces a quarterly newsletter, regular legislative updates, and other informational bulletins sent via email to our members.
Member Business Promotion
Increase your customer traffic. As a member, your company will be featured on the OMHA website. OMHA also advertises our member directory on social media.
Annual membership dues payments may be deductible by members as an ordinary and necessary business expense. However, contributions or gifts to the Oregon Manufactured Housing Association are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. Applicants and renewing members are responsible for checking with their tax professionals for advice about whether any of the dues are deductible.
In addition to the annual membership fee, factory members are subject to assessments based on production. Please inquire with OMHA staff for more information about these assessment dues.
Application to Membership
Choose your membership level, then enter the requested information on the following pages. Your application will need to be sponsored (endorsed) by a current OMHA member in good standing. An online directory of our members can be found on omha.com. OMHA staff will contact the sponsor to confirm their endorsement as well as verify any required licensing prior to submitting your materials to the Board for review.
Once all required steps are complete, your application to membership will be submitted to the OMHA Board of Directors for review. Upon acceptance, your membership will be confirmed (if you paid online at time of application) or marked as pending payment (if you opted to be invoiced). If your application has not been accepted, you will be notified, and any prepaid fees will be refunded to your card.
