  Join us at OGA Golf Club for a rousing round of modified shotgun golf followed by a BBQ! Due to course complexity, we capped player registration at 120. But fear not! We reserved extra carts for those who thrive on cheering more than playing.
  
  Don't have a 4-person team? No problem! We'll match up partial teams when registration closes on August 5.

  The Rules

  Early Bird and Regular registration fees include green fees, golf cart, and banquet.

  Dress Code: Collared shirts are required. Denim is not allowed, and shoes must have soft or no spikes.

  Modified Shotgun Golf: Each group starts at the same time and shares a ball during play on each hole. This allows all groups to maintain a steady rate of play and to end on time.

  You are invited to join OMHA and Energy Trust of Oregon for a WUI/Fire Hardening roundtable.

  Energy Trust is currently working to develop a fire hardening/WUI incentive package for customers, and they seek industry input regarding which fire hardening features are currently being offered, how frequently they’re requested, and any thoughts on consumer demand and feasibility.

  This is a wonderful opportunity for our industry not only to exchange information with our partners at Energy Trust as they develop a new program, but we encourage members who do not work directly with construction or retail of WUI homes to listen in and ask questions as BCD is also working on creation of an "Oregon Recognized Product" based on WUI.

  Please join OMHA and Pac/West Lobby Group for a discussion about how we may be able to develop resolutions with County, City, and other officials in Oregon related to permitting issues. We frequently hear from individual members about problems throughout the state, and we would like to hold a one-hour meeting during which our members and industry partners can share specific examples of issues such as:

  • Declined Permits 
  • Tax Requirement Disputes
  • Extra Requirements for Replacement Homes

  We will compile case examples into a comprehensive portfolio to seek improvement in the permit process.
